# Creighton Community Foundation

> Creighton Community Foundation (CCF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2013. It serves the Creighton School District (#14) and the surrounding east-central Phoenix, Arizona neighborhoods, an area of about 10 square miles and 30,000 households. CCF invests in what it calls "strong villagers": it brings food, education, and community resources into some of the poorest neighborhoods in urban Phoenix, working in partnership with schools, churches, civic groups, and local businesses. More than 2,500 volunteers take part each year across 20-plus community sites. Its programs include food security and nutrition, school social work, youth leadership, after-school activities, place-making, and monthly service events.
